We thought it wise to update you on our service during this time of uncertainty.
We work from home so the office will be open for calls and emails, but please refrain from visiting unless it is an emergency.
As we are a small team should we fall ill do not worry as our mobiles will be on AND/OR calls and emails will switch through to our regulatory Head Offices at Ten Insurance. Their experienced teams can assist you as they have access to your computer records which is one of the key benefits of being in a network. Please understand that they do not know you as personally as we do so we would ask you to be patient if they appear unfamiliar with your case or some of the niche schemes we run?
